On May 2nd, WBS’s young writers celebrated publication of their book, Baltimore Triumphs, with a reading at Evergreen Museum & Library.
Local children’s author Elisabeth Dahl kicked off the event with introductory remarks, and then students from Thomas Johnson, Margaret Brent, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, and Baltimore City College high school read their stories, poems, and essays from Baltimore Triumphs. We’re grateful to Evergreen Museum & Library for graciously hosting our event!
